Charles A. Diemer was the founding President of the Essex County Federation of Agriculture.  He left his mark in the county with his dedication to his fellow farmers, members of his community and his desire to better society.  Upon his passing, the ECFA would like to remember this man through an annual scholarship that exemplifies these characteristics….
