Heart Local series this summer. Enjoy hands on experiences with local chefs, producers, growers and butchers to learn why it\u2019s so much better to support local!<\/p>\n<p>Join Butcher\/Educator\/Author, Jamie Waldron, as he demonstrates a full lamb breakdown from Ewe Dell Farms.
